Do you currently feel…

Untitled design-9.png
  • I should just be grateful and stop complaining - I have it pretty good, what more could I want? I should suck it up and just deal and hope this feeling changes.

  • I can’t turn off my “work brain” and constantly growing to do list in my head, so I’m struggling to be fully present for the other good parts of my life - my relationships, my marriage or partnership, vacations, etc. - and I feel guilty about that.

  • I’m always trying new things I’ve read that I should try (a barre class here, a 5-minute meditation there, trying out the Paleo diet,...) but struggle to stay consistent or stick with it… and it actually just feels more stressful and like I’m adding pressure to myself to fit more in an already packed schedule and brain… and then I feel like I’m failing when I can’t keep it up.

  • There must be something wrong with me if I’m feeling this way - this is ridiculous, I couldn’t possibly tell anyone how I’m feeling because they would think I’m ungrateful or insane.

  • When I have confided in someone about how I’m feeling and what I’m struggling with, I’m met with belittling blanket statements and surface-level support, and I don’t feel taken seriously or that people in my life really understand the impact or weight of what I’m going through inside or on a daily basis.

  • No one in my “circle of trust” would understand me/my struggle/how this feels. If I try to explain how I’m feeling because my life is pretty good, or I make a lot of money, or I seem to “have it all” from the outside looking in and I do a good job of looking like I’m keeping it all together and handling it well (but inside, I’m screaming).

  • I go above and beyond at work, I set goals and crush them, but why can't I do the same thing in my life? I am always wanting to do things, but never seem to actually be able to make them happen.

  • Fulfilled and confident in the choices you are making in your life, and that they are in alighment with the true you.

  • Confident in your ability to keep growing professionally, and genuinly incorporate the ability to disconnect and enjoy life daily.

  • Clear on what being in alignment with your true self means, and how to embody it.

  • You are showing up in all your relationships fully.

  • Calm in the face of stressful days, and understanding that you can show-up as your best self, regardless of the situation around you.

  • Clear on the things in your life that truly energize you and have made them into non-negotiables in your life.

  • Clear on how you are truly feeling, and how to communicate with those around you in an effective way.

  • At peace with people who choose not to understand your experience and it's affects on you.

  • Like you have finally found a "circle of trust" who you can lean on and support.

What you will reclaim

  1. Time - Our relationship with our time is one of the most challenging relationships to gain control over. Through the years of our conditioning, we are taught that our time is owed elsewhere and that it isn't, in fact, our time. The first month of the program will focus on ways to reclaim your time, whether that is your time after work, weekends, vacation, or in whatever way you can feel in control of your life and time.

  2. Wellness - While we all know that having wellness (mental, emotional, and physical) in our lives can catapult us forward in so many ways, it's also something that most of us find challenging. In the second month of the program, we will focus on what wellness means to you (not what your friends, family, or anyone else believes) and how you can focus your energy to move the needle on how you feel and your wellness. It isn't about what you should be doing but truly about reclaiming your wellness in whatever way is right for you.

  3. Happiness - The truth is, many people live their lives not understanding what lights them up, inspires them, and truly brings them joy. In the third month, we will turn inward to understand what activities you feel you can get lost in and honestly find your happiness. We will permit ourselves to dig deep and be genuine and honest with ourselves.

  4. Relationships - If there is anything that the pandemic taught us, we thrive on all the relationships in our lives. Our fourth month will focus on the relationships we have with others and how we can reclaim them in a healthy, positive way. This could mean being more present with your partner, or it could mean learning how to find joy in strained relationships or even how to end a relationship. We will dive into the energetics that your relationships provide to help you uncover what the proper steps for you, personally, are.

  5. Career - Our careers and professions are something we should be engaged and proud of every day. Sadly, in the world of overworking and burnout, we often feel taken advantage of in the workplace. In the final month, we will be diving into reclaiming our careers as motivated professionals atop the strong base we've built over the past few months.
