Orpheus used his lyre (now the constellation Lyra) to convince Hades to allow him to take his beloved wife out of the underworld. There was one condition, his wife had to walk behind him, and he couldn't look backward. Sadly, he couldn't resist looking back, and he lost Eurydice forever. 

This masterclass is all about running forward in your life, opposed to running away from what you do not desire. These might sound similar, but in my experience, as humans, we tend to focus more on what we don't want and often have no idea what we want to run towards. In most cases, we cycle through similar situations that we don't want to be in over and over for this reason.
